End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE JOBIFY LESOTHO APPLICATION.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Jobify Lesotho ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not download, install, access, or use the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Jobify Lesotho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on devices that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Application
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Application
  • Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international laws

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Job Listings and Content

Job listings and other content provided through the Application are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of job listings. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made based on information provided through the Application.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Application integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob: Serves advertisements within the Application. Ad personalization may be based on your device's advertising ID. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
  • Monetag: Provides additional advertising services.
  • Mondiads: Delivers advertising content.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Jobify Lesotho and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Application will end
  • You must cease all use of the Application
  • You must delete all copies of the Application from your devices

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBIFY LESOTHO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobify Lesotho, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Application or website. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Lesotho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lesotho.

3.1 With Employers

When you apply for a job through the Application, your application materials (including your name, contact information, resume, and other provided information) are shared with the respective employer.

3.2 With Service Providers

  • Google AdMob: Serves advertisements. AdMob collects advertising IDs to deliver personalized ads. View Google's Privacy Policy
  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Store data securely
  • Analytics Providers: Help us understand app usage

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may share information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jobify Lesotho, our users, or others.

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Security

Opting out does not stop ads, but they will be less relevant.

6.4 Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure your information receives adequate protection.
